- May I cancel or edit my order?
If your order has not been processed, customer care will make every effort to process your request. However, if the order has already been processed we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
- What materials and fabrics do you use?

- How should I care for my item(s)?
Because each item is different and may have different materials, the care for each item is listed in the product description.
- Are your items handmade?
Our items are not handmade. They are thoughtfully sourced from manufacturers all over the world.

- What is your return policy?

- What is your exchange policy?

- When can I expect my refund?
If you are expecting a refund due to us sending an incorrect order, you should expect to see the refund on your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days. It may show up sooner, but we cannot guarantee that.
NOTE: HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: If you're shipping gifts for Hanukkah (Dec. 18–Dec. 26), Christmas (Dec. 25), Kwanzaa (Dec. 26–Jan. 1). We cannot guarantee arrival time of your items. However, the United States Post Office recommends shipping your orders by the following dates:
First Class Mail Service - December 10th (Hanukkah)
December 17, 2022 - (Christmas)
Priority Mail Service - December 12th (Hanukkah)
December 19, 2022 - (Christmas)
- What shipping methods do you offer?
We use the United States Post Office as our only shipping method. For more detailed information, please see our shipping policy here: Shipping Policy
- Where do you ship?
At the present time we are only shipping within the Continental United States.
- Can I change my shipping address?
If you order has not been processed then you may change your shipping address. However, if the order has already been processed we are unable to make any changes. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
- Can I place an order and ship it somewhere else as a gift?
Yes. If you let us know before processing we can be sure to include a gift receipt.
SIZING & FIT
- My items don't fit. What are my options?
We are unable to accept any returns. Please be sure to check our Sizing & Fit policy here: Sizing & Fit
- How do I know what size to get?
Many of our aprons are one size fits most. However, some of them work better with plus-sizes and others work best with regular sizes. Each of our aprons have the measurements listed in the description, so it would probably be best to check the measurements of the apron against your own measurements.
