Apron Diva Refund Policy
We are currently providing product returns only for incorrect orders caused by Apron Diva and damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of receipt.
Your return must include the original packaging and tagging (bags, attached tags, labels, decorative boxes, etc) in a resalable condition. We will not accept returns if the item(s) are not in their original, 100% resalable condition unless damage occurred. (Such as items that have been altered, customized, worn, laundered, are missing tags, smell like smoke, have pet hair on them, are soiled, or have been generally mistreated.) If your returned items show any signs of the above, you will be notified that the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
*All returned orders (not exchanges) over $100.00 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not refund or credit any shipping charges. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the returnee/exchange unless it was an Apron Diva error.
When & how will I be reimbursed?
Products properly returned according to the above guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you the original payment method for the merchandise you returned (minus any shipping charges).
However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It can take up to 10 business days.
What if my order arrived damaged, defective, or is not the correct product?
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us by phone at 260-222-8357.
Even though we are not accepting returns at the moment, if there are any issues with your order at all you must reach out to us within 30 days to make us aware of the issue. Beyond 30 days there is absolutely nothing we can do.
